As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to provide data analysis to support, compile and report key information for operations and business objectives. This is a position that affords you the ability to drive processes and improvement initiatives. By gathering and documenting business requirements and utilizing your sharp analytical skills to fulfill the needs of the business and / or clients, you will have an impact on healing the health care system.
Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational / strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective / strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

- Serve as the voice of the Business in work orders that impact Provider or Finance related items
- Coordinate requirements gathering sessions to assess customer needs and requirements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams that include Architects, Business Analysis, Product Owners, Solution Analyst, Scrum Masters and Developers
- Continuously communicate with the Business the status and timelines of development efforts
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned

- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst and/or business Operations role
- 2+ year of experience with Microsoft office applications
- 2+ years of experience in writing requirements
- 2+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects and deadlines
- Experience with CSP Facets Provider/ Finance Data
- Experience with NDB-National Provider Database
- Experience working with Agile (documentation of features, user stories)
- Experience working with Service Now

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
