Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collect and interprets data from various internal and external sources; prepares and compiles data
  • Coordination with IT and vendors regarding technical support of the application
  • Coordination with and training of the program listeners
  • Scheduled and Ad-hoc coaching of the listeners to refine output
  • Creation of Excel templates (check sheets) for data gathering (per each analysis)
  • Category / lexicon development and maintenance within the application
  • Supporting the analysis and delivery of findings
  • -Analyzing the data obtained from each analysis
  • -Summarize reports into dashboards and / or power point slide decks
  • Completing daily health check within the application to ensure proper functioning
  • Meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Learning new products, services, procedures and support systems
  • Monitoring and implementing trend reporting for business units
  • Supporting multiple implementations / business units, simultaneously
  • Presentation of findings to internal and external business audiences
  • Responsible for contribution towards the following annual program goals:
    • Consumer Experience Enhancements
      • Improved sentiment
      • Decreased non-talk time
      • Decreased cross-talk time
      • Decreased supervisor escalation
    • Operational Benefits
      • AHT reduction
      • Call volume reduction

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience with conducting analyses
  • 3+ years of experience with leading / coaching others
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing raw data
  • Advanced in MS Excel
  • Intermediate in MS Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Nexidia application
  • Solid technical background and interest in heavy analysis role
  • Flexible / adaptable with scheduling and commitments
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a large, complex, fast paced, corporate environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize in high volume workload situations
  • Ability to communicate and present analysis including trends and opportunities
  • Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and / or inaccurate data

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $26.15 to $46.63. The hourly range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $28.85 to $51.30.
