Primary Responsibilities:

  • Working in US health and welfare domain
  • Work on Implementation projects of the clients
  • Study business requirements.
  • Reviewing, gathering or identify gaps in the requirements, Incident Management, Change Management, and Audit Activities
  • Communicate and confirm understanding of requirements and the actions to be performed with the supervisor / manager
  • Perform system configuration updates and scripted data updates
  • Interpret business needs and translate them into system requirements using transformations
  • Ensure that established timelines and resolution turnaround times are monitored, met, and reported regularly, with timely updates documented in the applications as needed
  • Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables with competing priorities and deadline
  • Clearly define, document and analyze detailed use-cases, business requirements, and data mapping and technical specification documents
  • Load and extract data
  • Design and execute test strategy, including test plan, test scenarios/cases, and test scripts. Synthesize and publish the results
  • Define acceptance criteria and identify gaps to ensure high data quality in all solutions delivered
  • Configure system settings and options, plans and executes acceptance testing, and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements
  • Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Should be able to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well. Provide guidance and training on system functionality to internal stakeholders. Become a process and subject matter expert
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Technology / MCA/ M.Tech/ MBA Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Project Analyst in IT organizations
  • Expertise in Project management tools MS Project, Visio etc.
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Tools
  • Good technical skills (Application, Server, Network), Incident Management, Change Management, Audit, ServiceNow Knowledge, Product owning capability
  • Ability to understand how to think around obstacles and execute deliverables on time
  • High initiative, leadership qualities, good Interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Passionate to create technical solutions and documentation
  • Positive attitude towards changes
  • Impressive analytical skills
