Our Business Analysts wear many hats from portal configuration and setup, to user acceptance testing for new development and working with all our portal users to help troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, we always have something to keep your mind engaged.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for researching and resolving web portal issues and providing root cause analysis
  • Perform capacity planning and reporting
  • Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance
  • Create and edit requirements, specifications, cost benefit analysis and recommendations to proposed solutions
  • Facilitate development of process documentation
  • Follow standard programming guidelines and requirements as set by team
  • Standard documentation and tracking processes
  • Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 3+ years in a technical or metrics-based environment including business level testing and/or troubleshooting within a healthcare insurance environment
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems
  • Moderate proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new complex computer system applications
  • Be available to work a set 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday
  • Overtime may be required; overtime will include at least one monthly deployment that occurs after regular business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of CPS experience
  • Understanding of HTML
  • Macro development
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Visio - able to create a Visio Workflow
  • SharePoint development/creation
  • Experience with website maintenance and configuration
  • Third Party Administrator experience
  • Experience multi-tasking
  • Ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product and handle competing priorities
  • Able to work independently with little supervision and the ability to self-assign tasks

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $21.68 to $38.56. The hourly range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $23.94 to $42.40.
