This position will aid in the development, management, and execution of analytics for prospective clients. Responsibilities include, ad hoc report creation, maintenance of existing processes and code, and nurturing a strong relationship with external partners to ensure prompt and accurate reporting. To be successful in this role, candidates will need to possess a basic understanding of relational databases, strong communication skills, and problem-solving skills to complete complex tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create disruption reports for prospect clients
  • Support sales team efforts to implement new clients
  • Partner with IT in implementing new methodology into existing reporting
  • Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
  • Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues
  • Perform quality review of output provided
  • Provides explanations and information to others on the most complex issues
  • Generally, work is self-directed and not prescribed

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, which has included translating analytic concepts, approaches, and results
  • Experience writing and executing code such as SQL or SAS
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate level experience with other Microsoft products
  • Solid commitment to customer service and ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in finance, mathematics, computing sciences, public health or related discipline
  • Experience working within a PBM
  • Experience in conducting analytic projects using administrative pharmacy and medical claims
  • Experience working with clinical quality measures
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize deliverables
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
  • Solid communication Skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $26.15 to $46.63. The hourly range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $28.85 to $51.30.
