Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

  • Analyzes and investigates.
  • Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise.

Applicant will be required to monitor clinical operations escalations and direct responses to appropriate contacts for timely resolution. Must have the ability to interpret information to determine proper course of action. Attention to detail/problem solving skills as well as ability to manage multiple open items with 100% accuracy is required as dental cases are part of multiple audits. Other tasks include supporting other business functions within the larger team as required.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 6:00am – 5:00pm PST OR CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond to both internal/external clinical dental claims inquiries timely
  • Support other Dental QA functions as required
  • • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients
  • • Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audiences
  • • Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes and technologies

The question is how effective can you be in interpreting and analyzing large amounts of information from multiple sources and use it to tell a meaningful story? The challenge will be to manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending and then presenting information for operational and business planning, all while adapting to change quickly.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma/GED and equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in business/finance including analysis experience with a solid understanding storage structures
  • 1+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (create, edit, sort, filter spreadsheets and pivot tables)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Word (create, edit, save documents)
  • Experience with Windows PC as well as Microsoft Outlook (send / receive email, calendar management)
