As a member of our Product Team within the Integrated Marketing organization, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying, improving, and developing digital solutions that drive our marketing automation product’s strategic goals. <br><br>The <b>Manager, Business Analyst (Marketing Automation)</b> will report into the Executive Director, Product - Marketing Automation & Strategy.<br><br><b>Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</b><br>• Partner with product owners in the planning and development of a best-in-industry, innovative, and efficient customer experience strategy and marketing automation program<br>• Manages solution scope and requirements and brings stakeholders to a common understanding of the requirements<br>• Develop and build a requirement gathering process that helps business shape a strategic vision reflecting user needs<br>• Help direct user and market research to identify customer (patient & HCP) needs and represent the voice of our users<br>• Collaborate with strategy, design, and development teams to help drive marketing automation product development<br>• Ensure feature development is aligned with well-defined KPIs and product success criteria<br>• Help Write user stories to create product backlog, groom backlog alongside product owners<br>• Collaborate with product team to define vision and strategy for product roadmap<br>• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and synthesize feedback (internal and user) to define user needs and feature requirements<br>• Participate in the creation of primary research, e.g., UX testing, qualitative research, and collection of secondary research to ensure the product is driven by customer needs, competitive and industry insights, and desired business outcomes<br>• Identify and share marketing automation best practices and benchmarks across brand indications & contribute to broader sharing across the portfolio<br>• Work within Ethics, Risk and Compliance policies and procedures and ensure those around them do the same<br><br><b>The ideal location for this role is East Hanover, New Jersey site, where hybrid working principles apply. A distant working arrangement may be considered in certain states for US associates who are not within a daily commutable distance (more than 50 miles one way).
