Senior Specialist – Ops Excellence Business Analyst

Within our commercial Human Health Digital Data & Analytics (HHDDA) organization we are transforming to better power decision-making across our end-to-end commercialization process, from business development to late lifecycle management. As we endeavor, we are seeking a dynamic talent to be serve in the role of HHDDA Operational Excellence Business Analyst.
In this capacity, this role will help HHDDA realize the aspiration for the Operational Excellence capability. This individual will help to ensure a One HHDDA approach, in close collaboration with our Company partners and leaders across the Globe. This role will help establish systems and processes that will drive consistency, ways of working, seamless execution of cross-cutting enablers.
Specifically, the HHDDA Operational Excellence (OE) Business Analyst will:
Work with HHDDA OE to develop and document processes, best practices, and framework to achieve standardization and streamlining across various initiatives and enabling functions for the India center
Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations
Support project manager to track and manage schedules, timelines, risk, issues, and actions using a digital footprint
Use automation and robust tools to deliver on goals
Develop metric reports and provide valuable insights by developing dashboards using Power BI
Develop detailed documentation, SOPs and strategic presentations, roadmaps as needed
Setup and/or manage Jira and Microsoft Team Apps for Operational Excellence
Collaborate with the partners, leads, stakeholders to brainstorm and execute processes improvements
Conduct training for report/dashboard roll out, collect product backlog
Handle data refresh of the existing OE dashboards
Skills/Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree with working knowledge in IT and data and analytics business & portfolio operations
Up to 8 years of experience in working on Agile projects, with proven ability to apply business analysis methods and techniques
Ability to multi-task and provide quick solutions
Worked across Global teams and multiple stakeholders
Power BI certified or similar tool
SAFe, Scrum and Six Sigma certification, or experience
Executive communication skills, and ability to synthesize program status, risks, and interdependencies
Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Teams, Channels, and SharePoint; Jira, Confluence
Demonstrated ability to solution, anticipate and be proactive

Under New York City, Washington State and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
