As a Sr. Product Analyst, you will be responsible for executing against the product strategy and vision outlined by the business. You will establish collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to help define, document, and prioritize features and capabilities. As such, this role requires a data-driven, detail-oriented, and organized professional who can work in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-segment projects and initiatives that require problem solving, relationship building, influencing, and analyzing
  • Document, track, and follow-up with key projects and activities at the direction of leaders
  • Presenting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand and document business requirements for new reports, and work with both non-technical and technical resources to build solutions/ reports for business problems
  • Experience with building pivot tables/charts and performing ad-hoc data analysis
  • Flex across teams as needed to support a wide range of activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or 5+ years equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of program/project management with experience in tracking, planning projects, and working with large datasets to make informed business decisions. Must have analysis and report delivery experience
  • Healthcare experience
  • Experience preparing and presenting to a variety of audiences at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple demands and competing deadlines


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in PowerBI
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
  • Proven self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
