Job Description PreviewJob SummaryThis position will assist the receipt of system enhancement recommendations from Credit Campus personnel to address system improvement and process gaps. They will the assist with the prioritization of the enhancements based on criticality, ease of implementation, and benefit. They will be a liaison to lobby with nCino System Analysts for inclusion in nCino releases. This position will serve as a liaison with system developers to assist with the requirement gathering, development and execution of user acceptance testing. They will assist in day-to-day system issues and work with Credit Systems/developers for resolution. The successful candidate must have experience in commercial underwriting/credit, possess a continuous improvement mindset, and have outstanding communication and organization skills.Responsibilities Coordinate the receipt of system enhancement recommendations from Credit Campus personnel to address system improvement and process gaps. Assist with the prioritization of the enhancements based on criticality, ease of implementation, and benefit. Communicate system updates and enhancements to Campus management and personnel to ensure department operating manuals and training materials can be updated accordingly. Develop strong relationships and work closely with the credit campus, risk management and credit systems Serve as the liaison between the credit campus and credit systems/system developers from requirement gathering through deployment of system enhancements. Provide regular updates to Campus management team on the status of system defects/enhancements submitted by the credit campus. Partner with credit systems and system developers to build testing plans and scripts. Responsible for the execution of User Acceptance Testing on behalf of the credit campus with the ability to test on own and assign to others for testing on an as needed basis. Responsible for the development and maintenance of system procedural manuals, collaborating with users, partners (credit systems, training, etc. ) and business managers as applicable. Support the underwriting and portfolio monitoring reporting and dashboard needs out of nCino. Support and participate in underwriting related projects as needed. Examples could include process improvements, implementing change across underwriting, credit, and the line of business, etc. Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key. Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree • Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent work experience (preferred) Experience Qualifications 1-3 years Experience in commercial lending (required) Knowledge of system testing concepts (required) Experience with / knowledge of commercial underwriting processes (required) 1-3 years using salesforce/nCino application (preferred) 1-3 years Project management experience or experience leading teams and/or projects (preferred) Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and procedural manuals (required) Experrience with / knowledge of multiple types of lending (e.g., middle market, business banking) (preferred) Tactical Skills Ability to plan, multi-task, manage time effectively, and work on own with limited direction Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills Core Competencies All KeyBank employees are expected to demonstrate Key’s Values and sustain proficiency in identified Leadership Competencies.
