Job SummaryThis role is part of the Power Quality & Electronics Division within the finance function and combined two main responsibilities:(1) Act as the finance business partner for Building as a Grid (BG) and(2) Support the finance department of the division. It is estimated that the incumbent will spend 80% of the time on BG and 20% on PQED. The role will report directly to PQED FP&A Manager and functionally to the Product Line Manager (PLM) of BG for EMEA.(1) Building as a Grid Business Partner: act as the financial business partner to support the growth of BG in EMEA. Elaborate KPIs together with the BG Product Line Manager and monitor the progress towards the objectives.(2) PQED Senior Financial Analyst: - Provide support to PQED Finance team during month-end close analyzing the variances and preparing the forecast - Preparing Ad'hoc report for the Division, creating new report and maintaining / modernizing the existing report - Strong involvement during the preparation of the annual budgetThe role has no direct or functional role report. Job Responsibilities(1) Develop and maintain strong partnership with the different actors involved in BG activities which include Energy Storage and Electrical Vehicle Charging Infrastructure(1) Support the integration of the newly acquired Electrical Vehicle Charging Infrastructure business and the achievement of the synergy targets(1) Develop KPI Dashboard for monthly operating reviews (actuals / forecast)(1) Manage revenue and E2E reporting for the BG at EMEA level. Analyze trends, orders intake, YOY growth and profitability by region / zone. Work closely with country and plant controllers across EMEA to get detailed insight on BG business performance. Control the investment budget of BG.(1) Support commercial activity: ensure bidding tools are accurate to reflect the expected margin target. Work with BG Product Line Manager and key stakeholders to identify opportunities and risks, especially on large projects(1) Continuous improvement: perform post-mortem analyze on selected deals to identify the variances vs forecast (sales / margin) to constantly improve the tools and the knowledge across the organization(1) Play a leading role in preparing the profit plan with the BG team, the BUs and the sales regions.
