This is a remote, home-based position based in the United States.Position Overview:The Lead Business Analyst will support analysis cross-functionally across the Aerospace Group working with sales, customer service, operations and supply chain. The analyst will work with the business analytics manager to provide insights on internal performance involving financial and operational performance of the business. The individual will support the business by ensuring timely and astute analytics and will support the front-end organization to become the industrys best-in-class by improving existing processes and establishing new tools in line with Eaton Business System. The role will also support developing new dashboards, tools and models and drive towards predictive and prescriptive analytics to improve business performance and generate revenue. Its where bold, bright professionals like you can reach your full potentialand where you can help us reach ours.In this function you will:+ Support business operational reviews by providing data analytics.+ Build and maintain new dashboards in Power BI and OBIEE to improve data availability to business users.+ Support ad hoc analytics requirements involving financial and operational performance.+ Establish predictive models to improve sales, revenue and operational performance.+ Support process improvement initiatives by providing data insights.+ Support sales growth initiatives by providing data and analytics support.+ Support digital IT initiatives regarding data and analytics.When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we as individuals and as a company are stronger. QualificationsRequired (Basic) Requirements:+ Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.+ Minimum three (3) years relevant work experience in a data analytics role.+ Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or within the future.+ This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. Green Card Holder), have been granted Political Asylum, or Refugee.+ No relocation is offered for this role, but this role can work remotely from a home office in the United States.Preferred Qualifications:+ Bachelors degree in business, data science/analytics.Position Success Criteria:+ Exceptional analytical skills.+ Strong problem-solver with the ability to present issues clearly and provide answers.+ Expert user of Excel and PowerPoint.+ Committed to excellence; positive attitude, meets deadlines and has attention to details.+ Good communication skills including written, presentation, speaking, listening.+ Energetic individual with a strong commitment for continuous improvement and learning.Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $98,496 - $135,432 a year.
