We are Grunt Style and This We'll Defend.Summary/ObjectiveFocused on demand planning and execution for our Retail store business. This person will be responsible for being the interface between the front-end of the business (store management, merchandising) and the distribution center. This person will be an operational functional expert for our Retail channel and will need to demonstrate past success in the area of demand planning for a Retail chain. This person will have a natural analytical way of thinking and be an expert in Microsoft Excel.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.+ Responsible for planning, reporting, and monitoring all activities related to the Grunt Style Retail business, up to 20 locations.+ Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing/implementing solutions.+ Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.+ Gathering and disseminating critical information with the Grunt Style supply chain, merchandising, and retail teams.+ Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.Required Education and Experience+ A bachelors degree in business or related field. A math related degree is a plus.+ A minimum of 3-5 years experience in demand planning or merchandise planning, ideally for a retail chain.+ Experience working with all levels of the organizations and with external customers.+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.+ Strong interpersonal skills+ Proven analytical background+ Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.+ Expert in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and OutlookSupervisory ResponsibilityNoneWork EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
