As an Senior AI Business Analyst, you will work with healthcare clients and IBM industry leaders to help design and implement emerging solutions using Watson Artificial Intelligence. Our solutions help our clients to digitally reinvent their strategy and operations, driving greater efficiency and transformation of their entire enterprise through cognitive insights. Our practice allows you to grow in this 'Hyper Growth' area and work directly with clients, building a powerful portfolio of diverse and rewarding experiences.**Responsibilities include:**+ Works with health insurance clients to define their AI strategy and determine the value proposition of an Artificial Intelligence Solution+ Leads, directs, or participates in agile client requirement gathering discussions; develops and documents solution requirements, communicates and collaborates with technical resources in their actualization+ Works with client to develop conversational solution specification. Designs dialogs, utterances, intents, and synonyms using Watson Assistant+ Analyzes and annotates health insurance benefits documents such as Summary Plan Documents and Benefits Booklets; builds NLP annotations, tools, and methods for ingestion by Watson Discovery Services (WDS), Watson Knowledge Studio (WKS), and related technologies+ Works with client to implement Watson Assistant for Health Benefits (WAHB) and related solution components such as WDS, WKS, and IBM Voice Gateway+ Performs validation and quality assurance of implementation in a pre-production environment; supports related go-live activities+ Interfaces with the product team in the development of pre-built content for WAHB and introduces new requirements for the product roadmapRequired Technical and Professional Expertise+ 2+ years consulting experience with the health insurance industry in a business analyst through managing consultant role (consulting level commensurate with experience)+ Hands-on experience with Watson Assistant or Watson Conversation Services; prior experience in health insurance conversational specification development and interfacing with developers daily for review / feedback / retraining+ Deep understanding of healthcare terminology and benefits documents, ability to classify and break down content into component-level data for ingestion by the WAHB benefits analyzer+ Demonstrated behaviors of self-motivation, invention, agility, creativity, and the ability to make things happen in a rapid development environment+ Ability to travel as neededPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ 2+ years operational experience with the health insurance industry+ Hands-on experience with Watson APIs or other AI technologies+ Prior conversational AI implementation experience+ Coding languages (HTML, Java / JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS)About Business UnitIBM's Cloud and Cognitive software business is committed to bringing the power of IBM's Cloud and Watson/AI technologies to life for our clients and ecosystem partners around the world.
