We look for people who have a safety-first mindset, who are collaborative team players, who deliver on their commitments, who are innovators in search of a better way, and who believe in inclusion.Working at Nutrien Ag Solutions will provide you an opportunity to help us _Feed the Future,_ and grow your career.**What you will do:**+ Learn and understand key business applications and platforms (Aqumix, Aqutrac, NutrienVM), their current functionality and how the applications support business operations+ Based on above knowledge, provide guidance in product roadmap discussions by collecting functionality requirements and acceptance criteria+ Provide project level analysis producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)+ Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process+ Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts+ Develop and execute test plans+ Support system conversions, upgrades, enhancements.+ Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships+ Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs by understanding and negotiating the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholder and developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results.+ Work closely with the business to understand the core operations, high level processes and how technology can be leveraged to create successful outcomes.+ Assist the business in prioritizing the backlog of feature enhancements based on a clear understanding of the business operations and desired outcomes.**What you will bring:**+ College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, finance, or information systems+ Three to five years related work experience+ Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development+ Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources+ Working knowledge of Windows office systems+ Excellent understanding of the organizations goals and objectives**Are you a good match?
