You will partner with the best professionals and apply your strategic and analytical skills to enable new business transformation, security and compliance outcomes in hybrid and public cloud for mission-critical banking workloads. And you will do it all in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibilities, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovative thinking.This role will support the Financial Services Cloud leadership team and our key programs driving the evolution of cloud solutions and services to specifically support regulated and critical workloads for the financial services industry.Key Responsibilities....+ Support the Financial Services Cloud vertical in driving the IBM offerings that will enable our customer's transformation journey - delivering secure and controlled public cloud solutions for financial institutions.+ Partner closely with colleagues across various IBM cloud teams. Understand the importance of and build relationships and alignment across internal teams and key stakeholders within the organization to help drive objectives.+ Support the business functions of the team; e.g. planning, performance reporting, resource management.+ Drive improvements in operational effectiveness of our program managers, architects and offering managers, eliminating any friction program delivery - measuring, analyzing and communicating key metrics and trends.+ Identify, document, and analyze requirements specifications. Aid the team in creating user stories and short-term plans that they can confidently and consistently deliver to.+ Operate in a highly organized manner with strong attention to detail, applying analytical and project management skills, and working both independently and collaboratively across the team.+ Maintain a track record of strategic decision making and problem solving based on analytics with strong business judgment, leadership and integrity. Bring a healthy, ambitious and responsible approach to drive the strategic intent of our programs.+ Demonstrate communication skills with clear, concise written and oral communication, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills+ Develop and prepare reports for leadership team that capture key metrics, monitor performance progress and effectively communicate trends and patterns using relevant data.+ Create high-quality presentations that communicate strategy, objectives and performance in a clear and concise manner.+ Deliver results with focus on achieving both short- and long-term goals.
