We are looking for an innovative Business Analyst which are subject matter experts to support the development and implementation of systems architecture that will bridge between our business and our clients, while also immersing themselves into the market to understand problems and find innovative solutions. The Business Analyst's responsibilities include analyzing gathering business requirements and functional specifications, assessing the current systems in place in order to identify areas in need of improvement, and providing inputs to the development teams. You should also be able to regularly update the Leadership team and communicate to executive stakeholders. An outstanding Business Analyst should be able to explain complex problems to management in layman's terms.Business Analyst Responsibilities:+ Gather requirements, negotiate about deviations, write detailed requirements, and participate in design reviews+ Analyze existing and strategic information systems to meet the business needs and also supports the CIO strategic goals+ Assessing the systems solution currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.+ Resolving/work with development teams on technical problems as they arise.+ Write detailed user stories for technical teams (for implementation), responsible for overall delivery of requirements and define acceptance criteria fulfillment and testing.+ Being responsible for testing of new functionalities (SIT/UAT/STG/production validation).+ Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.+ Providing updates to stakeholders on product processes, issue analysis and resolution.Business Analyst Requirements:+ Proven experience in business demand assessments, implementation of new requirements using knowledge of existing solution and working with developers to enhance user experience.+ Previous project development experience is advantageous.+ Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.+ Efficient communication skills.+ Strong organizational and analytical skills.What would your daily tasks look like?+ Execution of components deployments through SFDX API+ Working with IT and QA teams to deploy and troubleshoot the system applications+ Assistance with development and maintenance of deployment pipelines (Jenkins) and scripts to simplify and automate deployment process+ Fine tuning processes and improvements to ensure system reliability+ Prepare documentation and provide guidance and consultancy+ Understand the environment specifics in context with business requirementsRequired Technical and Professional Expertise+ In-depth knowledge and experience with Salesforce DX+ Experiences with version control tools e.g. GIT+ Basic experience with scripting languages (python, shell/bash, ruby... )+ Experience and knowledge of collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, Slack... )+ Basic knowledge of CRM, CLM, CPQ+ Fluent in English - writing and speaking (negotiation ability)+ Decision making skills+ Ability to work using Agile methodologies on Squads as well as independently+ Ability to translate technical requirements and solutions into business language+ Skills to work with business stakeholders to understand application lifecycle planning and document objectives and requirements.+ Demonstrate competency anticipating problems and complications and formulating solutions so as not to impede the progress of the project+ Good understanding of the Q2C process+ SOFT Skills - communication, negotiation, collaboration, focus on detail, stress resilience+ APEX - advantagePreferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Travis...)+ Cloud technologies (K8, Openshift... )+ Ability to work using Agile methodologies on Squads as well as independently+ Ability to translate technical requirements and solutions into business language+ Skills to work with business stakeholders to understand application lifecycle planning and document objectives and requirements.+ Demonstrate competency anticipating problems and complications and formulating solutions so as not to impede the progress of the project+ Good understanding of the Q2C process+ High negotiation skills+ SOFT Skills - communication, negotiation, collaboration, focus on detail, stress resilience+ High negotiation skillsAbout Business UnitCIO believes in progress - that the application of intelligence, reason and science can improve business, society and the human condition.
