Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Project Delivery Senior Analyst, Core Business Operations, Systems Engineering in Atlanta, GA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Designing, implementing, and operating solutions for custom-developed systems, platform integration, and application modernization to enable core business capabilities. Performing assessments of existing information systems, and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, processing design, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation. Researching user reported issues, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development. Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams and finalizing system requirements. Performing conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) techniques. Tracking application defects using defect tracking tools, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details.

• • Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall project delivery or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing and implementing web based applications, microservices, automation testing, and RESTful solutions for enterprise-level clients;
• • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using Atlassian Confluence, CA Wily Introscope and Splunk;
• • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in gathering functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs using Star Unified Modeling Language (StarUML), Microsoft (MS) Visio and Balsamiq;
• • Using Eclipse, Software Testing Solutions (STS), IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio Code, StarUML, Visio and Oracle to support and participate in designing and developing of project solutions;
• • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders using Jira and Atlassian Confluence;
• • Coordinating the project activities of onshore and offshore team members to ensure the timely and quality completion of project deliverables;
• • Using Selenium, Cucumber and JUnit to support and perform automation and manual testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
• • Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments;
• • Using Selenium, Cucumber, Java, Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE), HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Structured Query Language (SQL), and Spring Boot in the performance of project-related responsibilities.
