Manager, Talent Business Analyst

Business Analysts provide support to the GPS Lead Business Advisor in the delivery of strategic services to the Business. They will also support the Talent organization during peak times to deliver key services.

Work you'll do

Manager Business Analyst works closely with Lead Business Advisors to provide Talent consultative solutions tailored to support the execution of strategic priorities for GPS Consulting, Advisory, and Enabling Areas.

  • Assists the Lead Business Advisor translate business strategies into actionable Talent strategies.
  • Manages the analysis and manipulation of data to help provide creative solutions on business issues.
  • Leverages strong analytical skills to break down internal and external factors influencing the business.
  • Applies the key concepts of logical structuring to create presentations and other business communications that resonate with and influence the business.
  • Supports fostering change throughout the organization and ensure that Talent strategies are aligned with the firm's culture.
  • Works closely with the GPS Program Manager, GPS LTBAs, and GPS Lifecycle Leads on execution of GPS-wide strategies with emphasis on process integration across all GPS functions.
  • Oversees the GPS Business Analyst team to implement best practices and ensure process efficiency and integration with the National Talent priorities.

The team

The Business Advisor organization champions a "One Talent Team" through collaboration with the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Core Talent Services (CTS) to deliver integrated Talent services to support Business strategies and priorities.

Qualifications

Required:
  • 7-10 years of Human Resources leadership experience and/ or directly related experience
  • Undergraduate degree required (4 year)
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:
  • Professional certification (PHR or SPHR) preferred
  • Project management certification/experience
