What you will do:

The Senior Analyst, Business Insights for Emergency Care will be responsible for capturing and analyzing customer and historical data to identify trends, key indicators, patterns, and insights. They will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deploy reporting that supports sales initiatives, product development, and supply feedback. They will be the key resource leverage data to identify gaps within the business and make recommendations to key stakeholders. In addition, they will escalate system and data integrity issues and find resolutions as required.

Along with the creation of insights reporting, they will be super user to complete analysis and feed the sales teams with key data with the end goal to be continued sales growth. They will be the lead for customer propensity analysis, data science approaches, and work with Marketing to ensure pricing and positioning decisions have supporting data. Customer segmentation and market trends will be required outputs on an annual basis to support territory alignment and strategic roadmap planning efforts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities;

  • Will own and manage the customer and historical purchase data for the Emergency Care business. Which means own the strategic reporting of insights which drive efficiencies within the business.
  • Execute the analysis of internal and external data sources to support sales strategies and programs.
  • Provides business intelligence to drive sales and marketing opportunities.
  • Will develop statistical analysis for customer propensity template.
  • Create Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and customer tier structures.
  • Assist in supporting ERP work stream, CRM implementation, and successful migration to analytical tools.
  • Support annual business reviews and highlights for the sales organization.
  • Partner with National Accounts and marketing teams to analyze and identify targeted sales opportunities.
  • Liaison between commercial functions and IT/IS, Finance, and Market Development teams – ensuring that key requirements are met, and execution is accomplished in a timely fashion.
  • Responsible for the development and completion of customer measurement metrics.
  • Will provide valuable data, remove roadblocks, and enable the team for sales growth.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related specialty) required
  • Experience with Python, R, SQL, or equivalent is required
  • Experience using data to solve and predict business problems and provide meaningful insights required
  • Experience with mathematical models that drive insights, management tools, marketing operations, and finance required
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years of programming experience required
  • Microsoft Power BI or any equivalent data reporting tools preferred
  • Familiarity with PowerApps preferred
  • Understanding and ability to use supervised learning models (Classification) as well as unsupervised learning models (clustering) preferred
  • Experience working with various stakeholders such as sales and marketing groups preferred
  • Experience using natural language processing techniques preferred

This job may be performed from anywhere in the United States, except that this job may not be filled or performed in Colorado.
