Business Systems Analyst – ASC Salesforce\CPQ System Administrator (Remote)

Job Description:

Business Systems Analyst is a CRM/Salesforce System Administrator and will work closely with functional leaders, commercial and IT teams and subject matter experts to develop, deploy and support new business processes on multiple technology platforms including: Salesforce (RepSuite), Oracle CPQ quoting tool, PowerBI, etc.

This role will serve as the primary point of contact for the system users that rely on our technology platforms to be successful in their roles and to manage our business on a daily basis. This will include basic administrative functions such as user account maintenance, running/managing reports and dashboards, understanding basic workflows, translating business needs, completing system/user audits, etc. You will also be responsible for partnering with IT and the commercial business to support documentation needs, testing solutions, data/workflow validation and reporting.

Beyond supporting the launch and roll out of new technologies, another critical component of this role will be the ongoing maintenance to ensure optimum performance and continued improvement over time. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day basic troubleshooting, addressing user questions, collecting enhancement requests, identifying new training needs, system performance monitoring and supporting the business through the regular release cycle.

What you will do:

• Responsible for the delivery of data governance and systems administration in Salesforce.com and Oracle CPQ quoting tool, as well as ensuring quality and data integrity of both systems.

• Partner with development team and users to perform regression and user acceptance testing efforts with initial technology deployment and future enhancement releases

• Partner with Super Users and IT team to develop systems training plan. Coordinate with same teams to deliver training to users and ensure feedback is collected for training improvements. Responsible for maintaining training materials so that they remain current.

• Responsible for helping to onboard new users and maintain users after the initial launch.

• Partner with Business super users and Business Process Owners to analyze enhancement requests and strategize ROI-based prioritization.

• Coordinate with IT support on system reported incidents and communication to the business users, as well as coordinating delivery of system enhancements. Collect, author and execute business requirements and testing scenarios for requested enhancements.

• Stay up to date on CRM and CPQ platforms upgrades, communicate and train the users accordingly

• Drive data cleansing activities during deployment cycle by collaborating with local and national data owners; provide guidance on how to maintain post deployment

What you need:

• College degree with 3 to 5 years of experience is required

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written – able to relay technical information to functional users and business information to technical experts

• Experience with process/workflow mapping and demonstrated basic project management skillsets is required

• Familiarity with Stryker technology platforms such as Salesforce.com, WebOps, Oracle, PowerBI, etc. is preferred

• Prior experience with supporting a dynamic sales team across multiple time zones and a large product portfolio is preferred

• Salesforce Business Admin Certificate or equivalent experience preferred, can provide on the job training and certification support for the right candidate
