Job Description

Our Animal Health Marketing team takes a customer centric perspective using customer feedback and market intelligence data. Using this data, we design, develop and deploy products, platforms, brands and marketing initiatives that ensure we can improve the health and well-being of animals everywhere.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

  • Gathers business/operational/industry data from multiple sources, analyzes and reports those items to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency

  • Collaborate with other business functions with data collection methods and harmonization of resources

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators for marketing and selling programs

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure alignment between business needs and solutions; help to identify and execute on analytical projects that best support those needs

  • Manage weekly, monthly, and annual projects and their reports keeping the business running, as assigned.

Skills:

  • Self-starter and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a matrix organization

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively by visualizing and presenting data in a compelling way to present and influence at all organizational levels including peer level cross-functional teams, as well as executive management

  • Ability to drive projects and activities to successful conclusions, on time and within budget

  • Ability to understand business processes, software systems, and flow of information

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines to support executive stakeholders, when needed

  • Ability to work independently and within a team and help solve highly complex or unusual business problems

  • An innovative spirit, can-do attitude, and strong sense of customer service

Technical Skills:

  • Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Desired: Experience with data visualization tools like Spotfire, Business Objects, Animalytix, CEESA

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Finance or Statistics

Experience:

  • 1 year of work experience (can include internship) with data analysis and reporting to identify trends extract relevant insights and making strategic recommendations, as well as working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and R&D teams to facilitate continuous improvement efforts collaboratively with team and peers or equivalent experience.

  • Prior project management experience a plus.
