Job Description

The Digital Marketing Channel - Omnichannel team, which includes products like Web, Chatbot, Mobile, is in the process of updating our capabilities to support our digital initiatives.

We are looking for a Sr Business Analyst who will work with our business partners and other value teams to identify and define new digital capabilities and features, define user stories and value delivered for those features, interface with our development partners and support teams to align on best solution approaches, and create and maintain the required documentation (SDLC, guidelines, SOP’s, training materials, Jira, etc), with the focus on driving consistency of requirements and system function across multiple sites, multiple technologies, and multiple geographies.

Additional responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Collaborating with Business stakeholders to understand and define feature requests and use cases for new and enhanced features.

  • Collaborating with Product Owners and Business stakeholders to help define business KPI’s and Value Realization measures for requested features.

  • Collaborating with Product Owners and Business stakeholders to define feature strategies and opportunities for feature rollouts.

  • Creating business and functional requirements for features and enhancements and coordinating prioritization, communication and testing activities with Business and IT stakeholders.

  • Creating and reviewing processes and supporting documents to ensure compliance deliverables and activities related to project delivery are in place and effective;

  • Collaborating with stakeholders (Business, Product Owners, IT, Compliance, Vendors) to select best approach for feature requests and enhancements, and ensure quality measures are in place.

  • Providing active input into the validation strategy and delivery plans for new deliveries and, where required, change and remediation strategy for existing systems.

  • Providing quality oversight and approval of system qualification documentation, deviations, change controls and other Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) deliverables.

  • Providing first line of issue resolution/escalation for the team on delivery variances observed. Review and provide feedback to IT team on changes.

  • Driving resolution of regulatory non-conformances of systems.

  • Reviewing of audit or responding to findings, and taking appropriate actions to ensure compliance of systems.

  • Monitoring and communicating compliance and other program/project metrics updates to stakeholders.

  • Work in dynamic environment and global teams.

  • Work with support team to contribute in the development and maintenance of training programs.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in or knowledge of omnichannel marketing and how digital marketing and data capabilities integrate to delivery personalized customer experiences.

  • At least two to five years of experience working with stakeholders to understand business needs, defining, creating and managing requirements, SDLC and/or test deliverables.

  • At least two to five years of experience working with internal and external teams to deliver global projects .

  • Experience creating business requirements and rules for digital assets like websites etc.

  • Experience working with multiple business partners to define and document global feature requirements and use cases.

  • Experience working with integrated platforms to ensure seamless user experiences.

  • Strong written and verbal (English) communication skills and ability to foster strong partnerships with global colleagues.

  • Strong testing, problem-solving, documentation, presentation, organizational, influencing and follow up skills.

  • Understanding of software development practices and methodologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex and dynamic work environment

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • Understanding of global web delivery environment, confluence, agile development and JIRA Tool.

  • Experience working with highly integrated, global web platforms

  • Working experiences under virtual environment is plus.

  • Knowledge of OmniChannel Engagement platforms (websites, chatbots, mobile applications) within pharmaceuticals / life science industry is a plus.
