Job Description:

Leidos’ Defense Group has an immediate opening for a BD Operations Support Analyst to join the Business Development & Strategy (BD&S) Operations team in Reston, VA.

The BD Operations Support Analyst is responsible for supporting and providing training for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Microsoft Dynamics) at the Group level. The support analyst routinely interacts with all levels of management within the Group and Operation functions in support of projects and day to day requests and taskings.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Typically requires a BA degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years prior relevant experience.
  • Support the CRM Power Users for the Defense Group Operations, including managing license allocations, creating and maintaining standard dashboards/views/charts/reports and account fields
  • Provide training to new users of CRM and work with users to create customized dashboards, views, and reports as needed
  • Visually represent data and ideas in Power BI dashboards
  • Develop executive level PowerPoint presentations
  • Perform weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis on BD metrics (e.g. Submits, Awards, and Qualified Pipeline) as well as extensive ad hoc reporting
  • Provide guidance to Group Operations and other Corporate functions regarding policies and procedures

Basic Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office suite experience (e.g. Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree and relevant business experience
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Microsoft Dynamics (WinIt) or other CRM tools such as Salesforce
