Required qualifications
  • 5 years consulting and/or industry experience in one of the following: Automotive, Industrial Products, Aerospace & Defense, High Tech, Medical Devices, Consumer Products
  • Experience in end-to-end requirements management and systems engineering business process transformation in OEM or Tier 1 application
  • Experience with developing information models, class diagrams, and BPMN process models
  • Experience developing and decomposing system, subsystem, and component models to derive product architectures
  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Requirements Management and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Tools, UML Architecture Design Tools
  • Experience with Embedded and/or Connected Software and Services
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong oral, written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Analytics tools
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience performing requirements management activities using an industry leading tool (DOORS, Polarion, JAMA, etc.)
  • 2+ years' experience developing SysML models in an RFLP methodology using an industry leading tool (MagicDraw / Cameo, System Modeling Workbench, Enterprise Architect, Confluence, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience with one or more of the following:
    • Involved in development of Electronic and/or Software Components for Automotive or equivalent products
    • ASPICE, ISO26262, and AUTOSAR standards
    • Functional Safety and FMEA process
  • 2+ years consulting and/or industry experience with complex engineered products that are a combination of Hardware and Software
  • MBA, Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
