Work you'll do

This role is supporting the client in public/private engagement efforts through strategy development and implementation, executive and strategic communication, organizational and policy research, analytics and business process improvement. Practitioner would be expected to assist in all aspects and will need strong skills in PPT, Excel, research and writing, working independently and in teams, and presenting to clients. Attention to detail is important for this role given the visibility of the work.

Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of over 15,000+ professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise.

The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • 5+ year experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word
  • Travel up to 10%
  • Active Secret clearance or above


Preferred:

  • 2+ years of Microsoft Sharepoint experience
  • 2+ years of PowerBI
  • 2+ year of federal consulting or industry experience
