Primary Responsibilities:

• Writing PRD's and functional specifications for the Product features
• Providing Walk through of the Product Feature/Documentation to the clients
• Defect analysis, User Acceptance Testing (PO review)
• Coordinating with client teams & offshore teams
• Excellent/demonstrated verbal and written communication skills are an absolute requirement
• Ability to work independently and handling multiple projects
• Strong Analytical and reasoning skills is a must

Qualification:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• US Health Care Domain experience (Experience with the Affordable Care Act and/or Medicaid systems – MAGI or Non-MAGI/Health Insurance Exchange (HIX)/Integrated Eligibility System (IES) will be a plus)
• Should have excellent educational background
• Comprehensive and detailed Business Analysis and Requirement Documentation skills required
• Experience working on software Product(s) as a Business Analyst
• Excellent/demonstrated verbal and written communication skills are an absolute requirement
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to work with offshore teams located across time zones
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Should be a quick learner, independent operator and should be able to work with multiple Product lines
