The focus of this role is to simplify addressing repeat call defects and determine through the VOE as well as call analytics. This will drive improvement in repeat call, contact rate Provider NPS and Employee experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement strategies to drive improvement in key Provider Operational metrics such as Repeat Caller, and to enhance Provider experience
  • Interpret and analyze data and recommend best approaches for use across the organization
  • Solves complex problems and/or conducts complex analysis
  • Work closely with Business Partners to develop and execute on Action Plans
  • Ensure measurement systems are in place
  • Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicator metrics
  • Manage end to end activities for the completion of Action plans.
  • Communicate and lead in a manner that fosters collaboration, greater understanding, employee engagement and commitment to results
  • Support ad-hoc operations efforts in various capacities
  • Ability to convert data into business value story and explain the rationale
  • Solid storytelling skills; ability to convey work into a story/presentation highlighting key value
  • Provide project status updates and report out on findings
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, be detail-oriented and work independently as well as in groups
  • Ability to complete work assignments and achieve results in a matrix and sometimes ambiguous work environment
  • Develop, document, and implement project communication plans (e.g., stakeholder communications)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet commitments, build consensus, negotiate resolutions, and garner respect from other teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of analytical experience, analyzing large data sets to identify root cause issues and opportunities
  • 4+ years of project management, leading process improvement engagement drive to root cause of transaction service issues
  • Demonstrated communications skills, including the ability to write clearly, succinctly and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience; organize complex and detailed information into executive level summaries
  • Demonstrated time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Solid ability to partner with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and results and understand implications
  • Advanced user experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Certification in PMP, and or Six Sigma
  • Provider Operations experience
  • Working knowledge of Transaction systems, this includes, but is not limited to Cosmos, CSP Facets, UNET, Pulse, Cirrus, NICE

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $87,900 to $156,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
