Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, translate and execute strategies or functional/operational objectives for the team including clinical support management, financial accountability, customer/provider satisfaction, and quality improvement
  • Direct others to resolve highly complex or unusual business problems affecting clinical support functions
  • Drive execution of clinical support functions that impact business goals, and customer satisfaction
  • Work autonomously to identify issues, craft action plans, and implement changes to positively impact business function
  • Promote cross-functional teamwork with OGS and stateside partners using fact based decision making
  • Lead, develop, motivate, inspire, and coach direct reports and clinical support team
  • Serve as an expert, leader/mentor and key resource on complex and/or critical issues
  • Track and trend data, identify opportunities for improvement and communicate out effectiveness
  • Identify training opportunities and deficiencies and work closely with the training team
  • Analyze, solve problems and draw relevant conclusions to devise appropriate courses of action
  • Ensure team compliance with all ethical, legal/regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Report team performance outcomes and interventions as scheduled
  • Provide individual scorecard feedback to teams and Director
  • Evaluate performance against targets as scheduled
  • Develop action plans to impact as necessary
  • Foster employee engagement through skip level reviews and round table discussions
  • Improve Vital Sign results
  • Manage employee MAP goals and PIP through one-on-ones
  • Conduct audits and reconciliation of attendance and holiday/per diem payroll reports
  • Implement strict adherence to attendance policies
  • Foster team building: celebrate successes, teach through opportunities," and lead by example by being a positive steward of OGS' culture and values
  • Integration and engagement with stateside partners
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
  • Authorize deviations from standards
  • May lead functional or segment teams or projects delivering clinical support across an array of health conditions
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a People Manager role
  • Working experience on Applications like Salesforce and IEDI
  • Supervisory/Managerial experience
  • Fast-paced BPO experience
  • Good understanding of Provider Enrollment processes i.e., EDI, Clearing house and Trading partners
  • Well-developed critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Self-directed worker
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Superior interpersonal/customer service skills with strong phone presence
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
  • Technical aptitude and proficiency with PC based applications and ability to talk while encoding data
