As a part of this team, you will have the unique opportunity to be a part of driving IBM's ongoing transformation as a company that continuously innovates and leads the market.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs Business Analyst, you are responsible to analyze, design, configure, implement and support Kronos Workforce Central application with Integration as the primary area of responsibility.**Responsibilities:**+ Define, configure/develop, test, analyze, and maintain Kronos Workforce Central application (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Analytics).+ Collaborate with business to gather requirements, configures solutions within Kronos and develops WIM and other custom interfaces.+ Work in a team environment and independently with vendors, business partners and technology teams on projects, support activities, application development and standardization.+ Create detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans, and implementation document+ Create and support custom reports and audit inquiries from the business+ Develop scalable, low latency, reliable and efficient interfaces that meets the business requirements.+ Monitor and troubleshoot Payroll Export jobs and other interfaces for any issues.+ Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and standards.If you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative workplace, IBM provides an environment where you will be challenged and inspired every single day.
