**Description:****Position Summary:**Responsible for consulting with the assigned functional department in the design and implementation of learning and development solutions that align to business strategies and meet associate developmental needs. Develop strong internal partnerships with all levels of leadership in order to clearly understand their business, priorities, and challenges.**Major Responsibilities:** Manage assigned functional department curriculum, by evaluating content for currency and alignment, schedule and administer sessions, validating completion of pre-work, and completing analysis of training results Execution of the Penske learning model by following the steps of the process Participate in leadership meetings by providing counsel on training needs for initiatives Facilitate training programs as needed Other projects as assigned**Qualifications:****Education and Experience Requirements:** Bachelor's degree required 5 - 7 years of adult learning and development experience Experience leveraging social media applications as a development tool Experience with performance management systems and processes**Knowledqe and Skill Requirements:** Facilitation skills required Positive influence skills Instructional design Performance consulting Project management/leadership Advanced verbal and written communication skills Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
