We are looking for an analytics and contracts management professional who is passionate about the business of location and geospatial services, to support the Business Operations team in the Location Services group within our Strategic Platforms organization. You will report to the Manager of Business Operations and will be responsible for contract key dates management, deal planning and performance management in support of new and established product lines across Verizon Location Technology businesses. You will have Business Analysis experience and excellent communication skills, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and fun environment.

  • Contract management across Verizon Location Technology, managing contract expirations, key dates and notice provisions (e.g. notice of non-renewal) and analytics to optimize deal terms and support VLT partner planning and management.
  • Monthly performance management tracking for partners and customers to ensure key metrics are met post contract and proactively evaluate whether partnership should be restructured to meet the needs of the org.
  • Work cross functionally with both NBI and product & engineering to understand purchasing/capex needs, track key dates and regularly update tracking documentation to ensure we stay on track with CapEx spending goals.
  • Implements and manages reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com ensuring Customer Success, Partner Management and senior leadership team have access to key data required to successfully manage the business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with systems including Excel & PowerPoint.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Three or more years in a Business Analyst and/or contract management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related degree.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform SalesForce.com administrative functions.
  • Ability to bequantitative and qualitative analytical.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $64,000 and $119,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
