With a strong medicines pipeline our current transformation will not just deliver growth for our business but continue to allow us to bring innovative medicines to patients quickly.<br><br>Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<br><br>•Field Medical Business Reviews – Develop and lead process for FM TA specific territory/regional business reviews to ensure progress towards TPOs and driving overall strategic objectives/priorities in collaboration with Medical Teams. Support FM preparation in cross-functional business reviews and strategic updates. <br>•Project management – Define, manage, and drive key projects and strategic initiatives to successful execution and measurable business impact including preparing and presenting regular updates for FME LT and other stakeholders. Collaborate on key projects, providing scientific and technical input to decision-making and meetings that will drive business priorities, including but not limited to strategy development and implementation.<br>•Strategic Communications – Lead and prepare strategic planning efforts and key strategic content/presentations for internal and external stakeholders including senior leader engagement, commercial alignment, etc. Organize and prioritize key meetings and critical issues providing required information for the Head of Field Medical to facilitate efficient decision making. Support Field Medical Townhalls and National meetings. <br>•Performance Management – Partner with FM Leadership team to review progress and updates on key priorities and initiatives including key business metrics (KPIs, impact metrics). Develop and initiate action plans to address gaps. <br>•Ad-Hoc Requests/Miscellaneous responsibilities – Manage and deliver on ad-hoc requests. Supports in monthly/regular FMELT meetings, e.g. defining actions plans, follow-up, etc. <br>•Resource Allocation – Create and manage strategic process to forecast future headcount needs across all field teams (disease area, launch, digital engagement) based on future launches and other key considerations. Analyze information about alternative approaches of action to determine which plan will offer the best outcomes.<br><br>Our selection process will prioritize US-based associates whose roles may be changing or may be impacted as a result of the Transforming for Growth reorganization.
