Description

What happens when you take the lean, agile approach to digital marketing and apply it to pharma? Greater positive impact. On more lives. In less time. It's happening right here, right now: Your chance to craft a career that matters. To be a catalyst for change. And inspire hope in patients who need it most.

Why Join Our Digital Marketing Team?

Agility. Speed. Relevance. And Results.

Many larger pharmaceutical organizations use a traditional marketing approach featuring campaigns that can take several months to execute. Fortunately, our company is not like most. Our digital marketing team has adopted an agile, omni-channel approach that features small groups encompassing all disciplines to drive each project with greater precision and purpose. Our goal - to reach consumers, payors and physicians at the right time, right place, in the right channel with relevant, personalized content to meet their needs and create a premier customer experience. The results? We create relevant, personalized content that gains response. And there's an important part for you to play:

Your Role: Campaign Development Lead - HPV Franchise

Put marketing strategy into action as you lead the development of our customer experience and campaign planning for our HPV Franchise. Leveraging your strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, you'll shape and orchestrate fully integrated digital campaigns and confidently lead our agency and internal teams through the creative process for campaigns, resources and relevant content.

You will be the link between annual brand goals and omnichannel strategy, ensuring a focus on customer experience. You will lead campaign design, messaging strategy and guide creatives - leading a cross-functional team to plan, build and optimize digital campaigns.

We employ AGILE practices and a test and learn approach through each phase of the project. As such, you'll wear many different hats as you collaborate with copy, design, UX, architecture, internal legal, medical and regulatory teams in the co-design, co-creation, and execution of campaign plans every step of the way. From creative development to approval and delivery to market, you'll have a hand in the process. And a lot to say about the final product.

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • BS/BA

  • In lieu of BS/BA, candidates with relevant experience may be considered.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of combined digital marketing/marketing support.

  • Ability to work effectively in the end to end world of omnichannel strategy and operations - shifting from the tactical to the strategic depending on work plans.

  • Capacity to effectively collaborate and drive change while focusing on the co-design, co-creation, and execution phases of creative development.

  • Strong digital acumen and understanding of criteria for effective digital content.

  • Knowledge/experience in healthcare marketing and/or promotion.

  • Excellent business and communication/influencing skills.

  • A desire and willingness to create and nourish psychologically safe and inclusive team environments.

  • Well organized, highly motivated, process-driven, results-oriented personality

  • Ability to thrive and lead within a data-driven environment.

  • Ability to work in and lead hybrid team structures.
