Associate Director, HR Business Partner ( MERCUSR116664ENUS)

To provide HR Business Partner support to 2 or 3 Manufacturing Leaders and partner with clients, HR peers and the Labor Relations COE to manage Labor Relations activities for ~2,000 USW employees within the West Point site. The incumbent will also serve on key HR and/or LR initiatives supporting strategic business goals across West Point.
Provide HR and executive coaching support to specified senior leaders in assigned client groups.
Support talent management and organizational alignment activities within client group. Coach Leaders and members of Leadership teams to successfully manage all annual people management processes (performance management, talent management, compensation planning, etc.).
Provide leadership to critical HR and/or LR initiatives across the WP site.
Serves a member of WP site extended leadership team
Collaborates with HRBP peers and client groups across the organization, to ensure that where business strategies and employee issues overlap, there is a consistent approach to resolving issues and alignment in seeking a common solution.
Partner with clients, HR peers and the Labor Relations COE to manage Labor Relations activities for ~1,750 USW employees within the West Point site. Lead strategic LR initiatives and provide guidance to HR peers and clients that enables them to meet business strategies and/or address issues consistently across the site and within contract requirements.
Develop labor relations strategy for assigned location
Ability to lead all aspects of contract administration.
Drive a culture of inclusion, performance, results and positive employee relations.
Education Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or related field
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 7 years of relevant HR experience including 5 years of prior HR Business Partner and Labor Relations experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of basic HR competencies including labor relations, talent management and change management.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence clients.
Knowledge of employment legal practices/policies.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
Ability to lead, drive change and improve employee engagement in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
