SFMC - Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business & Systems Integration

As a member of the MT&T practice, you will be part of a collaborative team of passionate marketing technology experts, who are working at the forefront of innovation in this space.
Work You'll Do
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Manager, you will bring considerable technical and product expertise to deliver world-class SFMC-based solutions and best practices to clients. You will be part of a dynamic leadership team that will be responsible for driving SFMC technical solutions at client sites.
- Lead full-lifecycle implementations and/or implementing integrated solutions including other SFMC ecosystem technologies, cloud-based marketing solutions, integration services, and data modeling
- Leading engagement planning, resource planning, and budget planning
- Mobilizing and managing engagement teams, and establishing project structure and governance
- Driving completion of deliverables while directing on-time, quality delivery of work
- Day-to-day coaching of team members, helping staff grow to potential
- Facilitating buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client
- Managing internal, client, and partner stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Managing engagement economics, risk, and day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
- Leading business development initiatives including selling to C-level executives
- Managing internal and external escalations
- Supporting business development including RFP, SOW, sales cycles, pricing models, etc.
Qualifications
Required:
- Four-Year Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant technology consulting or industry experience
- Experience as lead or supervising teams and technology engagements (either on- or off-shore) including client and consulting staff
- Hands-on platform experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or other SFMC ecosystem platforms (i.e. Audience Studio, DMP, Datorama, Interaction Studio, etc.)
- Experience leading full-lifecycle implementations and/or implementing integrated solutions including other SFMC ecosystem technologies, cloud-based marketing solutions, integration services, and data modeling
- Understanding customer life cycles and journeys
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience with selling to C-level executives and other business development activities
- SFMC Email Specialist Certification or willingness to complete
- Strong communication skills (interactions with executive clients and sponsors
Potential expected travel up to 30% (due to COVID-19, all non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
Preferred :
- Experience leading large, enterprise-level SFMC implementations
- Desire to complete SFMC Consultant and other Salesforce and/or SFMC certifications
- Understanding of, or exposure to, SFMC components (i.e. Audience Studio, Datorama, Interaction Studio, etc.)
- Experience with other marketing technologies and analytics tools (i.e. Adobe, Oracle, Sprinklr, Google, etc.)
- Azure DevOps and/or Jira
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds
