Primary Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on L&D generalist who will lead end-to-end projects across the full L&D life cycle of multiple learning and development programs
  • Analyzing, recommending, designing, implementing, evaluating, and managing programs and practices to address business needs and outcomes
  • Ensure learning solutions are designed and delivered according to best-practice processes and methods and in alignment with our regional operating model
  • Adept in various L&D tools and keeps abreast with industry practices
  • Ensures content and deployment are both effective and efficient
  • Agile in shifting focus to support emerging business priorities
  • Supports Learning & Development Business Partners and recommend solutions that will create an impact to the business performance
  • Structure and communicate relevant documentation needed for projects as well as tracks and reports on project milestones
  • Participate in special projects globally and cross-regionally to drive effectiveness of the broader learning organization
  • Works with cross-functional teams to determine program goals, budget, timeline, resources, and implementation approach
  • Determines if external consultants or contractors will be required to complete the project plan and recruits and manages appropriate internal and external resources
  • Facilitates programs 50% of the time and will travel as needed
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in corporate learning and development role, including concept, design, delivery, and evaluation of programs
  • Sound experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various L&D tools and systems
  • Background of working in a Training / L&D department
  • Background in teaching / training imparting behavioral programs
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Platforms
  • Strong partnering skills to work effectively with peers, subject matter experts, and other business partners
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Resourceful in finding information and fact checking
  • Excellent English verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in multiple shifts as may be required by business from time to time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-graduation degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Prior leadership facilitation experience as well as client consulting
