Overview: Provides a broad array of business analytics via well executed reports and scorecards for key stakeholders within the US Oncology organization. Leads an offshore team to implement customer valuations, targeting and alignment. Position reports to Associate Director of Commercial Onc Rpting | Commercial I&A.

Responsibilities/Competencies:

  • Manage the flawless execution / delivery of all Sales and Marketing scorecards
  • Directly responsible for the pull through of brand and sales force strategic initiatives
  • Ensure consistency of Customer Valuation and Sales Targeting processes
  • Liaise with POCs of various departments such as Sales Ops, InterAct, BIA and external partners to ensure follow through of process flow
  • Support the application of fact-based decision making for the US Oncology business across tumors
  • Drive Sales Force execution reporting
  • Provide leadership in identifying and addressing gaps and opportunities in processes
  • Monitor key metrics on a monthly basis to proactively identify trends, gaps and opportunities
  • Prepare for addition of new therapeutic areas to ensure seamless integration into the process
  • Align with Incentive Comp and Field Ops to drive brand strategy

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required (quantitative area of study preferred)
  • 3+ Years Pharmaceutical Industry Experience
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of secondary healthcare data (ie: EMR, Claims, Sales, etc.)
  • Preferred experience working in the therapeutic area of Oncology
  • Preferred experience working within Targeting and Alignments area
  • Experience interpreting markets and ascertaining implications to the business
  • Experience operating successfully in a complex organizational environment
  • Experience interacting with senior management, understanding, anticipating, and fulfilling their insight/analytical information requirements
