Job Description

The Associate GCD Standards & Training Manager may provide support to GCTO functions, and where appropriate, other areas of GCD in any of the following areas:

  • Supports the stewardship of the GCD Standards process model.

  • Develops process documentation.

  • Develops training materials, aligned with Learning & Development activities.

  • Delivers live, virtual, or recorded training sessions.

  • Develops and calculates process metrics.

  • Participates in cross-functional teams to improve business process.

  • Supports/oversees functional or cross-functional networks of process owners/subject matter experts.

  • Develops communications content (email, web, live presentation) to support business process and training activities.

  • Develops/maintains mailboxes, surveys or other means of collecting feedback and identifying process and training needs.

Minimum/Preferred Education Requirements

Education:

  • BS/BA or MS in health-related, life science or analytical related field.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills across organizational levels.

  • Minimum two years of experience in clinical research

  • Ability to embrace change/improvement.

  • Working knowledge of document management systems, version control, document stewardship.

  • Advanced project management and organizational skills.

  • Strong oral and written communications skills, including global communications.

  • Process improvement mindset. Experience working on teams where process improvement methodologies (such as Six Sigma, Lean) were applied.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and solve problems.

  • Strategic mindset.

  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.

Preferred:

  • Yellow Belt certification in Lean/Six Sigma.

Expected salary range:

$107,600.00 - $169,400.00
