In partnership with marketing, sales leadership, finance, market access and other various key stakeholders, BIS is responsible for using expert market research and analytics to provide meaningful market insights which enable effective, data driven decision-making. <br><br>This position is within the Sandoz US I&A Biosimilars Team, supporting the US Commercial Biosimilars teams. This position requires an analytical thought leader to deliver best-in-class actionable insights to drive data-driven decisions. Ideal candidate has an understanding of US specialty and biosimilar business, customers, and performance drivers. The business specialists must demonstrate ability to work independently and proactively to meet business needs and deadlines.<br><br>Responsibilities include developing, executing and maintaining forecast and analytical models, gathering market and patient insights using both primary & secondary information, benchmarking & opportunity evaluation. Responsible for business analytics supporting the Biosimilars franchise, as well as ad hoc research as needed. Identify issues and opportunities, define and prioritize information needs, creatively apply analytic & research techniques to drive strategic thought & effective decision-making.<br><br>This opportunity is located at the Princeton (NJ) site and will not have the ability to be located remotely.<br><br>Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:<br>• Develop, execute & maintain forecast and analytical models, evaluate business performance, define & track KPIs, and leverage internal & external data assets to make better data-driven decisions on where-to-play and how-to-win<br>• Partner with Manufacturing, Finance and Market Access functions to develop demand, P&L and GtN forecasts<br>• Assist in ideation and development to create reporting dashboards, measurable performance KPIs for provider and payer performance<br>• Support Brand and Market Access functions in strategic analyses, valuations and GTN trends for providers and payers<br>• Support market research projects related to customer segmentation and strategic planning for Brand and Market Access functions<br>• Ad-hoc analytics including implications around customer, payer, market and policy trends and insights<br>• Represent I&A Biosimilars POD in collaboration with all I&A PODs to shape the I&A vision and build impactful insight capabilities across forecasting, market research and analytics.<br>• Develop new techniques, explore innovative data assets and drive standardization across the I&A organization<br>• Remain current on external and internal guidelines. Train and fully align with compliance requirements.<br><br>This position will be located at the Sandoz Princeton, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. <br>The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $136,800/year and $205,200/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
