Business Practices Manager

For our commercial operations for Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Switzerland we are currently looking for a:

Business Practices Manager (Remote – Belgium based)

As a steward for Business Practices & Data Privacy in our new Mid Europe Cluster, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring ethical and compliant business practices within Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. With your expertise and collaborative spirit, you'll play a pivotal role in mitigating business integrity risks and fostering a culture of compliance. You report to Business Practices and Data Privacy Cluster lead.

Responsibilities:

• Expert Guidance: Provide privacy compliance expertise and guidance to various stakeholders and business teams, facilitating adherence to privacy regulatory requirements, internal and other local Code of Practice, Healthcare interactions ;

• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with local internal stakeholders, global teams such as Office of Ethics, Global Privacy Office, serving as a key liaison to ensure seamless compliance integration within business practices;

• Ethical Advocacy: Champion Organon's Values and Standards, Corporate Policies, and Compliance Policies, fostering awareness and adherence throughout the different countries;

• Compliance Framework Enhancement: Contribute to the implementation of evolving compliance frameworks, collaborating with Legal & Compliance to optimize sustainable compliance programs;

• Policy Oversight: Act as the guardian of business-related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance controls are effectively implemented and maintained;

• Consistent Compliance Standards: Take an active role in ensuring consistent and effective compliance standards within your responsibility area;

• Monitoring and Reporting: Support the implementation and operation of tracking/monitoring systems, conduct regular self-audits, and manage compliance with local pharma industry association promotional codes (ie. transparency disclosure);

• Change Management: Manage implementation of policy changes, conduct review sessions, and facilitate communication and training to ensure seamless integration;

• Audit and Risk Management Support: Provide support for internal Audit and Risk Assessment processes,

What we are looking for:

• Higher Academic education;

• Several years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry;

• Commercial acumen;

• Outstanding communication and diplomatic skills;

• Fluent in English. (German, French and/or Dutch is an asset);

• Willing to travel occasionally.
