EatonsCorporate Sector is currently seeking a Manager, Corporate Development &Planning to join our team. This position is based at our Beachwood, Ohiofacility.The primary function ofthis position is to lead or significantly contribute to our strategic planningprojects and M&A processes. This position will lead or assiststrategic planning projects, assess strategic attractiveness of M&Aopportunities and work with sectors to develop strategic rationale forM&A.The position will alsoprepare valuation materials and provide valuation expertise, assist withM&A negotiations and due diligence process to bring M&A projects to asuccessful deal closing. In this role, you will:+ Manage elements of Eatons acquisition / divestitureopportunities+ Perform detailed valuations for acquisition /divestiture opportunities+ Manage due diligence efforts across corporate andbusiness operating teams+ Develop materials for internal reviews, board reviews,and investor communications for acquisition / divestiture opportunities+ Support and participates in negotiations asnecessary. Supports transition plan to the integration team+ Manage or supports the development of elementsstrategic planning projects.+ Develop compelling materials to advance and/or advocateor corporate strategy+ Guide portions of the strategic development process+ Lead company, market, and industry analysis and targetidentificationQualificationsBasic qualifications:+ MBA from an accredited institution+ Minimum two years' post-MBA experience in corporatedevelopment or corporate strategy+ This position does not provide sponsorship.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States withoutcompany sponsorshipPreferred qualifications:+ MBA from a top-tier business schoolWe make what matters work.
