If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Chief Privacy Office's main mission is to harness key resources across IBM to strengthen IBM's regulatory compliance position and further increase Trust in the IBM Brand. The Chief Privacy Office has transparency and client experience at the heart of all of its privacy programs. As part of the Client Experience team, you will manage the delivery of key privacy related projects such as the Privacy Portal which is a one stop shop for clients and IBM employees to view and manage privacy data and preferences, infusing Trust and Transparency. Another key project will be the redesign of IBM's Privacy Statement with the prime objective of putting the user experience at the forefront. You will work closely with various business units, development, legal and other functions to plan, manage schedules, dependencies, risks and other activities to support the release of the product. You will work collaboratively and build partnerships with each business unit, corporate services groups, and external stakeholders, track and ensure timely communication of progress, changes and issues amongst key stakeholders, ensuring progress is kept up to date, provide coordination and direct support for all underlying work streams, proactively identify and plan for cross-functional project interdependencies, issues and risks and ensure that priorities are well defined, and that conflicting needs are managed through trade-off decisions.Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ Thought Leader who challenges the status quo throughout the organization, can influence the organization without formal authority and holds ground in face of divergent opinions.+ Big Picture Thinking and Selling the Vision+ Team player+ Ability to work with Stakeholders and manage expectations and priorities+ Proven experience as Project ManagerPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ 5 years experience in a project manager/scrum master role+ 5 years Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, quality, change management+ 5 years Experience with excellent organizational skills demonstrated by managing multiple priorities/projects+ Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated by ability to lead client and internal team through the project lifecycle process+ Demonstrated clarity and accuracy of written documentation+ Knowledge of Design Thinking processAbout Business UnitIBM Systems helps IT leaders think differently about their infrastructure.
