IBM Offering Management transforms how we take offerings to market by first focusing on the needs of the client. We are looking for early-career, technically-minded entrepreneurs for an intensive co-op program with offering teams who are solving complex problems in a changing world. Selected co-ops will be considered for the Associate Offering Manager (AOM) Program. The Associate Offering Manager (AOM) Program is the cornerstone of this transformation.As an Offering Manager Co-op for the Business Automation Portfolio, you will support the full suite of products and capabilities in the Business Automation organization. This includes the Cloud Pak for Business Automation, ContentServices, Capture (Document Processing), Workflow, Decision Management, Robotic Processing Automation, Process Mining & Modeling. You'll develop the core strategy, messaging and value proposition for how thesetechnologies fit together to provide comprehensive Business Automation solutions to the market.In this role, some of your key responsibilities will be to:+ Drive the creation of core messages and go-to-market assets to support the Business Automation Portfolio, such as sales enablement and client-facing content. (KPIs: asset engagement, seller engagement, analyst rankings)+ Develop and operationalize the go-to-market strategy and approach for the Business Automation Portfolio. (KPIs: pipeline, revenue)+ Ensure client success, retention, and growth by putting in place the necessary programs, processes, and instrumentation to continually assess and improve outcomes. (KPIs: client lifetime value, NPS, churn,retention)Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ Basic knowledge in product management, product development, entrepreneurship, or other related work+ Analytical skills and the ability to set specific KPIs and measure progress+ Ability to build value statements around business need+ Ability to assess the market and its needs+ Business experience and the ability to put together a business case+ Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint+ English: FluentPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ At least 1 year of experience in product management, product development, technical acumen, entrepreneurship, design thinking, market research, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, business analytics, or other related work.+ Knowledge of the software landscape and cloud technologies+ Experience engaging with software vendors+ Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Design Thinkingn/aAbout Business UnitIBM's Cloud and Cognitive software business is committed to bringing the power of IBM's Cloud and Watson/AI technologies to life for our clients and ecosystem partners around the world.
