Now an industry leading function with thought leadership, instrumental to IBM's transformation and success with new and augmented solutions, we continue our journey to being essential for our clients.Part of this journey includes a more advanced and sophisticated partnership with the Lines of Business' we partner with. The high-level objectives of this partnership include the following:+ Consulting and advisory first and front and center in all that we do+ Improved demand signals from Business to Talent Acquisition (TA); quality and timing to set TA and Business up for success+ Ongoing, dedicated, consistent, proactive and strategic relationship management that is signature, drives values and translates into results+ Voice of the skills, talent and candidate market that translates to strategy, delivery and results+ Use of data and insights (internal and external, including competitor plays) that inform strategies and its execution, producing differentiated value and outcomesWhile the Global TA Leader Services (GTAL) will continue to drive this partnership with global stakeholders and clients for Services, a dedicated team is required to ensure this is mirrored and supported at geography levels. As such, the GTAL Services seek to hire BTAMs in our geographies. The BTAMs will report into the Business Strategy TA Leaders (BTALs) for GBS and GTS, with close and frequent interlock with the GTAL Services. BTAMs are required in Americas, APAC (Asia Pacific and China), and JapanRoles and responsibilities are included below:+ Strategic partner to Global Technology Services (GTS) **and** Global Business Services (GBS) HRVPs & Directors, Talent Partners, and Line VPs and their directs within geo+ Deep understanding of business initiatives, strategies, desired outcomes and results to lead the communication, understanding and translation to TA actions, with Delivery TA+ Informs TA GTM and programmatic strategies in concert with GTALs & Regional TA Leaders (RTALs) to accomplish business outcomes, ensuring infusion of local nuances+ Interlocks with local delivery team to action on unit strategy+ Surfaces possible regional escalations and lead sustainable resolution, driving course correction, collaboration and accountability between TA, HR and Line+ Leads the timely receipt of regional quality demand (fall plan and quarterly demand, University hiring and Internships).
