Do it here.What youll be doing...As a manager on the Customer Experience (CX) Metrics, Measure & Resources (MMR) COE team, you will be responsible for driving analytics and operational processes by utilizing Teradata SQL, to drive BI tools such as Thoughtspot, Tableau Development and Hadoop. This is a highly technical position that will be deep in the code daily. Work will consist of developing new aggregate data sets off complex big data, then visualizing this data via BI tools. You should be able to communicate in business and technical terms when needed since this role requires communicating to both senior leadership and technical business partners, so tailoring communication to the key audience is very important.Where needed, you will also develop prototype visualizations. You will partner with resources from Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence and Data technology teams to groom the business reporting requirements into technical development requirements, taking ownership of the end product and driving to hit timelines. Where there are potential hurdles or blockers, you will bring together the appropriate teams and partner towards a resolution, flexibly swapping hats as needed. You will ensure data integrity, diving deep into back-end data and capturing/submitting any defects identified. Finally, you will present the completed reporting output back to the business stakeholder for user acceptance.+ Develop rigorous requirements and definitions for KPIs, metrics, and attributes, accounting for end-user needs, granularity, edge cases, holdout measurement, and future extensibility.+ Partner with business stakeholders from across the CX organization and peers from CX Analytics.+ Develop data model & mapping that will be used by production reporting that supports top line business KPI trends.+ Use case performance measurement, tactical roadmap prioritization, and strategic deep-dive analysis.+ Engage with experience teams to clearly define the business objectives and success measures of a program.+ Be an SME in your domains and a source of knowledge for other CX Analytics team members.What were looking for...You are an experienced analytics leader and an expert in your field. You regularly process and analyze big data. You can visualize the big picture strategy and then can break it down into the components to get the job done. You believe that the best decisions are based in data, and youre the one that knows how to tease out the key learning within a dataset. You work quickly and you proactively research emerging developments in data mining, analytics, and visualization and apply what you learn to the projects at hand. You are a good listener, a strong communicator, and an accomplished storyteller, able to summarize and frame requirements to peers, stakeholders, and partner groups. You take great pleasure in sharing learnings and best practices with your team.Youll need to have:+ Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.+ Six or more years of relevant work experience.+ Experience developing general reporting, KPIs, metrics, and attributes.+ Ability to write SQL queries and scripts using relational databases like Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server and pulling data from Hadoop/HIVE SQL/EDW data warehouses.+ Data visualization skills and hands-on experience using Tableau and/or Thoughtspot with SQL skills.Even better if you have:+ Bachelors degree in Math, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, a related field or four or more years work experience.+ Masters degree or PhD in Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.+ Coding experience (e.g. Python, Java, and C/C++).+ Experience managing time-bound project deliverables for multiple stakeholders.+ Data mine, build and develop complex reporting from various source systems and perform analytics to support and propose direction on strategic business decisions.+ Experience with Adobe Analytics or related platforms (ex.
