Do it here.What youll be doing...As a Mgr Business Intel you will be responsible for providing the DBM support for all mass market campaigns, across fios, fixed wireless, mobility and others products within Verizon Business Group (VBG). You will data mine & analyze structured and unstructured data including customized data from various data enterprise warehouses, on-prem and cloud, and multiple 3rd party data procured from outside vendors. By using SQL, python and other business analytics methods, you will create insights and recommend actions. You will use systems & business knowledge such as BI tools, methodologies, and application analysis to develop holistic insights. You will engage various stakeholders to develop DBM view of the campaign performances. You will support activities to identify opportunities and influence marketing decision from customer targeting to DBM execution, to drive breakthrough results with advance analytics. You will primarily support the marketing strategy, product, pricing, sales and customer experience teams with in-depth data science. You will be expected to lead the DBM teams engagement with these teams to create a culture of continuous improvement in marketing processes and methodologies, driven by data.+ Leading DBM engagement with marketing leads from for campaign planning and execution, providing analytical view to support setting objectives for campaigns, and deciding target population and campaign tactics+ Leading engagement with 3rd party data providers in evaluating and integrating their data into marketing ecosystem Integrating new technologies and best in class processes and practices into DBM execution+ Leading Campaign execution from Extracting data points based off marketing requirements to working with marketing and sales operations to fulfill a complete life cycle of a marketing and sales campaign.+ Following up with sales and marketing post issuance of sales campaigns being available to sales and marketing executives to explain suppression and compliance adherence.+ Determining entire approach and delivery of sales campaigns to sales and marketing operations+ Utilizing all systems and applications as you feel necessary to deliver a comprehensive and effective sales campaign based on tangible sales results+ Providing full quality analysis of results and output prior to delivery to Sales Operations and marketing managers as well as follow up compliance regulation to legal.What were looking for...Youll need to have:+ Bachelors degree or four or more years or work experience.+ Six or more years of relevant work experience.+ Experience leading programs with multi-party engagements+ Experience with SQL, Tableau, and other BI tools.+ Knowledge of data domains and architecture.+ Experience with executive stakeholdering+ Experience with Alteryx, Python, Pyspark, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint as well as various other Database management toolsEven better if you have:+ Masters degree in business, marketing, information systems, analytics/business intelligence, engineering, mathematics, statistics, other related field.+ Experience working in a major telecom and/or wireless service provider.+ Leadership and strategic planning experience.+ Experience investigating and solving complex technical problems and data discrepancies.+ Worked with Business Intelligence systems to provide diagnostic self-serve information to clients and business units.+ Program management experience.+ Ability to develop solutions that align tactical solutions with strategic goals.+ Ability to lead and facilitate multi-functional teams of managers and directors to gain consensus and execute to deliver results.+ Ability to define the future state, as well as identifying the steps to get there.+ Proven experience in process and requirements documentation.Equal Employment OpportunityWe're proud to be an equal opportunity employer - and celebrate our employees' differences, including race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, and Veteran status.
