The Compliance Business Process Manager is a leader in the global Compliance Operations team. The role is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of processes and systems to support the Compliance strategy, enable business results, and effectively manage risk across the organization.

  • Manage the development and implementation of processes, systems, and technologies to meet operational requirements, informed by global and local impact

  • Translate complex business requirements into executable plans of action and processes

  • Lead large complex departmental systems & process projects; responsible for aspects of program management (e.g., charters, timelines, resources) and change management

  • Understand technology infrastructure and work collaboratively across technology teams globally

  • Support system design and configuration and seek to design the best user experience possible

  • Understand stakeholder needs; demonstrate thorough understanding of data and directs data preparation activities

  • Design and drive continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency in business processes

  • Contribute to budget and forecasting activities related to systems and technologies; ensure responsible spending

  • Assess internal and external training needs and partner with education and professional development leaders to develop and deliver education and communications as needed

  • Ensure functionality is validated and technical issues are resolved prior to system launches; ensure a sustainable support model is in place

  • Build and maintain understanding of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards and possible impact on processes and systems

  • Raise awareness of the compliance program and promote accountability for ethics and integrity

  • Participate in other Compliance department activities as needed

Education & Experience

  • BA or BS from an accredited university required

  • Minimum of 8+ years of prior work experience required

  • Demonstrates knowledge and clear understanding of the required elements of effective Compliance programs and experience with AdvaMed code (preferred) and other relevant standards.
