What you will do-

You will support designing, building and deploying best practice E2E order management processes, structures and systems for our business across all franchises and regions. You will support in building our order management capabilities to create a world class OM function for Stryker. Your purpose is to improve our communication, visibility and relationships between our divisions, supply locations and end customers.

• Design, build and deploy capabilities within order management across all Stryker Franchises and Divisions

• Assessment of current order management processes for all OM segments

• Create a gap analysis and develop OM strategic plan

• Plan, communicate and track the progress of OM capability implementation

• Support developing best in class OM future organization and required roles & responsibilities

• Support our Global ERP implementation project

• Support developing, building and deploying tools and technical solutions for order management including ATP functionality

• Support and organize OM community

• Understand key areas of influence/change and drive best in class solutions

• Develop and maintain a close working relationship with Stryker divisions and plants through strong communication and networking

• Be first level support for markets for questions around tools and processes

• Build strong relationships with end customers operations team

What you need-

• Bachelor degree level in Business or Supply Chain

• 10 years of experience in Order Management, Logistics, Planning

• Languages at least English but preferably a second language depending on global location

• Project Management qualifications (preferred)

• APICs qualifications (preferred)

• Excellent IT skills to be able to understand today’s and future systems

• Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

• Excellent Order Management and CRM knowledge

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• SAP knowledge preferred
