What you will do:


POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to define CRM roadmaps, implement new capabilities, and ensure adequate system support. Builds strong collaborative relationships with all levels of the organization and works to align strategic goals and objectives with decisions regarding products and solutions, capabilities and key business and IS initiatives. Will also lead a team of technical resources who manage processes that maintain master data integrity for the Medical Division. Invests in team development through best practice sharing, lessons learned, and training.

People manager responsibilities include talent selection, recruiting, employee engagement, communication, development training, performance managing, and establishing efficient and effective work processes.

  • Build a strong understanding of all relevant business processes and divisional strategies and apply this understanding to prioritization and execution of process and system improvements

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Global IT resources and act as a liaison between multiple business and IT stakeholders

  • Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancements

  • Responsible for setting the direction, managing the support, and influencing the capability roadmap for CRM solutions

  • Develops and executes processes that ensure master data integrity

  • Defines KPIs to represent the health of data integrity and CRM solution support and develops reports to communicate progress to key stakeholders

  • Collaborates with resources from other divisions to capture lessons learned and implement best practices. Researches and applies industry best practices where appropriate.

  • Identifies and partners with key resources across all business units and functions to assess impact of business process changes

  • Assists with change management of new business processes or capabilities into the organization

  • Responsible for leading a team of technical resources

  • Sets goals, manages performance, and supports the growth and development of all team members

What you need

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required

  • MBA and/or MS preferred

  • Min 8 years of professional working experience required

  • Min 2 years of leading and develop technical teams required

  • Min 2 years’ experience in support/developing/design CRM tools required

  • Prior experience on providing strategic approach on key projects and initiatives required

  • Experience on stakeholder management and ability to influence on key initiatives required

  • Experience working with data visualization tools (ie: Power BI, Tableau etc.) preferred

  • Previous Coaching and mentorship of team members experience required
